Specifically, we're hiring for the following positions Butcher/Butchers Assistant Processing Room Butcher:
Breakdown of hanging halves into packaged cuts.
Butchers start at $17 and up depending on experience.
Assistant Butcher:
Perfect for people interested in learning the craft, but without previous experience.
Butchers Assistant's start at $14.
Value Added Butcher:
Preparing smoked and seasoned meats.
Starting rate depends on experience.
Slaughter Floor:
This could include slaughter, skinning, dressing, cutting, trimming.
Slaughter positions start at $18/hour and up depending on experience.
